I am German, a Pilot, and a Techie.
Photos, video and lighting design are my creative outlets. I have been involved in theater since high school. I studied lighting design at NC School of the Arts. Since then I have been a valuable member The Driftwood Players in Edmonds, WA as well as other theaters around the Puget Sound. Some of the shows I designed lights for are Barefoot in the Park, Bye Bye Birdie, and Diary of Anne Frank. I have designed sound for Rehearsal for Murder, You Can’t Take It With You, and Impromptu. I love the technical aspect of theater and I am always happy to make shows possible using my skills.

Ever since I was young, I had an interest in taking things apart and learning how they worked. My interest in technology has led me to a great job in the tech industry at Microsoft, learning about new things in the field, and keeping myself informed about all the new gadgets that make our lives fun and connected. Finally, to keep my head in the clouds, I got my pilots license, which is also quite a technical hobby.

This site showcases some of the things that make me stop and think, and some of the things I do as a creative outlet. Enjoy.
